What I take off your plate
Nothing is subcontracted. Everything on this list comes out of my own hands, from first sketch to deploy — and I am the one who picks up when it breaks.
Websites and digital presence
A site built for you, not a marketplace theme with the name swapped out. I build the theme and the admin panel from scratch: no heavy theme underneath, and you swapping banners and prices without having to track me down.
Online stores
WooCommerce for any niche, including the awkward catalogues: singles, used goods, condition variants, unit-by-unit stock. The card game store I built runs four conditions per card and CSV import — you can load a whole set without entering items one at a time.
AI automation
Automating the repetitive part that eats your day: research, drafting, reporting, follow-up. It is the same design that keeps two portals of mine publishing daily. Always with human review before anything goes out — unreviewed AI copy is something everyone spots from a mile away.
In-house systems and CRM
Off-the-shelf software charges per user, per month, forever, and much of what you pay for is functionality nobody on your team ever opens. Once the process is settled, owning the tool is cheaper: one project cost and done, no per-seat subscription and no dollar-pegged increases. It is how I work myself — the lead finder and pipeline I use daily, and the operations panel in PHP and SQLite, were written from scratch. If your process is still changing every week, I will tell you to stay on the off-the-shelf tool — custom only pays off on top of a stable process.
Marketing and performance
Campaigns measured by sales, not by screenshots of reach. Before any budget goes live I set up GA4 and Tag Manager properly, because a campaign without measurement is an expensive guess — and it is your money paying for it.
Identity and video
Adobe since I was 16. Visual identity, campaign artwork, thumbnails, video editing. It ships with the site instead of becoming one more supplier with its own deadline for you to chase.
