I am Bruno Miguel. I work alone, which means the person who designs the screen is the same one who brings up the server, sets up the pixel, and picks up the phone when something breaks at ten at night.
I came from design, not from code
Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere since I was 16. That changes the order I build in: I design the screen before I pick the technology, not the other way round. Which is why nothing ships that is beautiful and does not sell, or sells and looks like a spreadsheet.
Three years serving US clients in English
I worked in Customer Success at a US event rental marketplace, running Austin and Chicago from order intake through to post-event. Before that, seven years at a language school, four of them as a coordinator. Put the two together and you get the part almost no freelancer has: scope agreed before the work starts, and follow-up that does not go quiet halfway through.

BMJ TCG, Escrito pela IA and BMJ News are mine, live, running every day — with real traffic, real production errors, all of it. Not weekend demos. They are where I get it wrong first, so I arrive at your project having already solved the problem once.
AI in the process, a person on the output
I use AI daily for research, drafting and repetitive work — and nothing ships without someone reading it first. That is how one person holds the cadence of a small team. If I let the machine publish on its own, you would spot the writing from a mile away. Everyone does.
What I put in writing
Staging before anything touches production — your live site is not my test environment. Custom themes and admin panels instead of a paid theme with the name swapped. Fixed price per project, with no monthly fee buried in the contract. And the code, the domain and the database go in your name from day one.
